The SIM Consulting Platform considers privacy a top priority. We therefore process your personal data only in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming).

We do not process the data for any purpose other than the goals stated above. The data is processed on basis of a justifiable importance for the SIM Consulting Platform. (The processing is aimed at the preservation the continuity of the SIM Consulting Platform). Your data will not be shared outside the European Union or International Organisations, except if legally required.

STORAGE PERIOD

The SIM Consulting Platform saves the data for a period of seven years. This period is upheld on basis of the Dutch tax legislation.

 

SHARING OR WITHOLDING OF DATA

You are not required to share any personal data with us. However, the withholding of data can have consequences for the services we offer for you. If you choose to withhold data that is critical for our services, there is a possibility that we are not able to comply with your request.

On basis of the AVG, you have different rights. Included in these rights are the right to view, correct and remove your data from our database. You also have the right to retract your permission for certain processes regarding your data, if that process is based on previous permission.
